TRANSPORTATION PARTNER

We are pleased to announce Shaughnessy Overland Express as our trusted transportation partner for the 2025 Motorcar Cavalcade Concours d’Elegance.

Note: If you’ve reserved a space for your trailer at the Paddock – we STRONGLY recommend that you leave your trailer in the Paddock and drive your show car to and from the Rally and/or Concours – and perform all unloading and loading in the paddock location.

Unloading (before the Rally or Concours)
  • You can temporarily park your trailer in front of the host hotel on Saturday (Rally) or Sunday (Concours) morning for Show Car unloading.
  • Once your car is unloaded, the trailer must be moved immediately. Under no circumstances can a trailer stay at this location. If you do, police will intervene and the Concours has no authority over actions taken by the Police.
  • Trailers can arrive as early as 7:30 am for the Rally and 6:00 am for the Concours.
Loading (after the rally or Concours)
  • You can temporarily park your trailer in front of the host hotel on Saturday afternoon or Sunday late afternoon to load your Show Car.
  • Once your car is loaded, the trailer must be moved immediately.
  • Trailers cannot arrive “early” and wait for your car to arrive for loading. Please coordinate with your trailer so that it arrives as close to your ability to load your car as possible.
  • Expect loading time after the Rally to be at approximately 2 pm on Saturday (approximate time you would be arriving back at the host hotel)
  • Expect your loading time after the Concours to be at approximately 4:45 pm on Sunday (approximate time for the event to end and you to exit the field).
  • Under no circumstances can a trailer stay at this location. If you do, police will intervene and the Concours has no authority over actions taken by the Police.
  • Again, it is your responsibility to communicate and coordinate with your trailer so that it arrives at the hotel with the least amount of time spent waiting for your show car as possible.

Overnight Trailer Parking
  • We have a designated trailer “Paddock” located approximately 12 minutes North of the Host Hotel/Show Field.
  • If you need to park your trailer or transporter locally for the event, you MUST contact us beforehand and confirm your spot.
  • If you have not contacted us and received confirmation, you will be turned away by security.
  • If you need to reserve a spot for your trailer, please contact us immediately: paddock@motorcarcavalcade.com
  • Approved/confirmed trailers can arrive starting Friday, January 31, at 4 pm.
  • 24-hour security will commence on Friday, January 31st, at 4 pm and end at 6 pm, Sunday, February 2nd.
  • All trailers must leave by Sunday, 2nd, 6 pm.
  • Daily Drivers are allowed to park by their trailer. Daily drivers and show cars can come and go as they please throughout the weekend.

  • We suggest approaching from the West, to make for an easier turn into the lot.
  • The rectangles represent “locations” to park your trailers.
  • First trailer in should park in spot 1 – farthest from the entry point. The next trailer in, should pull up and in, next to spot #1, and so on.
  • If you arrive and the vertical spots are all taken, please pull in straight and park in the Horizontal spots.
  • It is important to leave space around your trailer as shown with the Blue line to ensure trailers can enter and exit without issue (as well as show cars!)
  • The lot is large and open, but if you do not follow the plan, we may not be able to fit everyone and there may be issues with ingress/egress – so please follow the parking guide below!

Show Vehicles - Parking & Travel

SHOW Vehicle Parking

  • We have secured a dedicated parking area at the host hotel for Show Vehicles.
  • This parking area will be available from Friday (31st), 4 pm until Sunday (2nd), 6 pm.
  • This area is part of the hotel valet parking garage (separate from the “general parking” area), on the ground floor, covered, and with 24-hour security.
  • The location is a 3-minute walk to the show field and a 2-minute drive to the show field (to drive your vehicle onto the field on Sunday AM).
  • Space is limited. If you would like to park your Show Vehicle at this location, you MUST pre-register and receive confirmation.
  • Please email paddock@motorcarcavalcade.com to reserve your spot immediately. We need your name, cell phone number, email, your show vehicle information and when you will be arriving, so we can plan accordingly.
  • Do not show up at this location without pre-authorization. If you are not pre-registered and confirmed, you will be turned away.

to the rallye start on Saturday morning.

Hotels and General Parking

Hotels

In the event you would like or need an alternative hotel, we have secured a discounted room block at the Hilton Aventura Miami. This hotel is located approximately 5 minutes away from the Event. Parking

Event attendee parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis through the host hotel valet. There are a variety of paid lots nearby. We also recommend Uber or Lyft transportation services.

Sunday – Concours day

We have secured a special discounted Valet rate of $25 per vehicle. Just mention to the Valet that you are attending/part of the Motorcar Cavalcade to receive this special rate.
